Continuation of this thread!
I'm just glad you're okay.
[Ruca still frowned slightly with worry looking at Colette. He didn't doubt she was okay, but she really scared him quite a bit when she fell.
When the girl draped the blanket over his shoulders the frown on his face only deepen. It didn't feel right to him to just accept the blanket. He couldn't help but worry about Colette.]
What about you Colette? Aren't you cold, too?

no subject
Nope! I'm just fine!
[ And just to convince him further, she's got the biggest smile on her face! No, this wasn't weird in the least. ]
no subject
A-are you sure?
[Because he was pretty sure anyone would be freezing in here. And no, Colette's smile didn't make him feel better; in fact it made his worry even more than he already did.]
I think you should take the blanket...
no subject
You need it more, Ruca. I'm okay, I promise.
[ Maybe she should tell him that she can't feel the cold ... ]
no subject
B-but... it's so cold here...
[How can anybody be okay in this cold.]
no subject
It's okay. I can't feel it.
[ She was sure that he would ask more about it, but that was all she said for now. ]
no subject
[Of course he would ask. How would it be possible for someone to not feel the cold after all?]
I haven't played symphonia in forever orz
[ She hugs her legs to her chest and looks down at the floor. ]
I'm an angel. In order to become an angel, though, I had to give up parts of my humanity.
no subject
[Ruca is surprised, but what surprises him the most are Colette's next words.]
B-but... why?
no subject
[ One that she wasn't sure she wanted to tell right now. She got her point across, right? She looks to him and gives him another huge smile. ]
But, really, I'm okay! So don't worry so much about me. Just use that blanket and warm yourself up, Ruca.
no subject
It still doesn't feel right to him.]
I'll still worry.
no subject
... Do you think it will cover both of us? I want you to be as warm as possible, Ruca.
no subject
I guess... it would.
no subject
If you'll worry ... I guess we could share it.
[ She doesn't want him to worry. But she wants him to be warm, too. This is totally a good idea. ]
no subject
But this is probably the best solution. That way they both will be warm and he won't have to worry about her anymore.]
...Alright.
no subject
With that confirmation, though, Colette moves in closer. ]
no subject
Ruca drapes the blanket over Colette's shoulder. A little blush can still be seen on his cheeks.]
I think I may have gotten some facts wrong ....
Colette smiles at him in turn, a small blush on her own cheeks as she catches sight of his blush. The fact that he was so embarrassed about it was making her a bit embarrassed, too ...
Well.
Here they were.
Together.
Under a blanket.
Very. Close. Together.
... What do. ]
/pats
It's kind of nice... and warm.
Or maybe it's just his cheeks heating up as the blush spreads on them.
It doesn't help that she is also blushing.]
Re: /pats
Oh, good, it must be working ... your face is red.
[ She doesn't really get that he's blushing because he's so close to her. Derp. ]
no subject
[No, Colette. Don't mention that! You only make him blush more now.]
no subject
[ She places a hand on his forehead, out of habit ... and then, when she realizes she can't feel the heat of his skin under her hand, her face falls and she removes it. ]
no subject
Ah, n-no! ...I-I mean...
[He isn't sure what he's trying to say.]
no subject
[ She's worrying about him again ... ]
no subject
N-no... it's nothing. I'm fine.
no subject
... But she trusts him. If he says he's fine, then ... he's fine, right? ]
Okay.
[ She stops fussing over him and hugs her knees to her chest with one arm, resting her head on her knees while the other arm holds the blanket around her side of it. ]
no subject
He... will move a bit closer to her. Only a little bit. And smile at her. To show her that he really is okay.
But his smile looks nervous and he is still blushing.]
So, um...
no subject
Hm?
no subject
No, I only... I was wondering how long we will stay here...
[no, in fact he just wanted to have something to talk about. Silence would be too awkward right now.]
no subject
[ She looks out the window. At this rate, the two of them would be snowed in ... but it was better than being out there. ]
no subject
It's good that we can stay here...
<sub.[If they didn't find any shelter they would surely freeze there...]
no subject
It is. It's much better that we have shelter of some sort.
[ She looks thoughtful. ]
But I wonder, who lived here before? It seems abandoned now ... probably has been for a long time, too.
no subject
I don't know... but I guess someone must had made it for times like this. I don't think anyone could actually live here for long...
